<p>The official Daytime Emmy nominations have begun to be released and fans were quick to share their opinions on who was nominated for Outstanding Actor.</p>
<p>Entertainment Tonight released the nominations for "Outstanding Actor in a Daytime Drama"</p>
<p>The nominees are:</p>
<p>Peter Bergman – Jack Abbott- The Young and the Restless</p>
<p>Eric Martsolf– Brady Black – Days of Our Lives</p>
<p>Greg Rikaart – Leo Stark – Days of Our Lives</p>
<p>Paul Telfer – Xander Kiriakis – Days of Our Lives</p>
<p>Dominic Zamprogna – Dante Falconeri- General Hospital</p>

<p>Fans immediately took to social media to share their support for their respective actor, with a lot of support headed Domnic Zamprogna's way.</p>
<p>"It's Dominic Zamprogna get that Emmy he's has absolutely deserved for years #GH#DaytimeEmmys" wrote one user, while a second added, "Wow look at #Days with all those noms! Peter Bergman is my personal favorite though 💕 #YR" with another user sharing, Proud of my Greg Rikaart!! #DaytimeEmmys</p>
<p>"DOM GOT AN EMMY NOM MY VOODOO NEVER FAILS 🥳" Shared a user, while another added, "Big Congrats to Dominic Zamprogna on his #DaytimeEmmys nomination I'm sure Kelly Monaco is super excited for Dom This is finally hopefully his time. Way under appreciated actor Dom has been slaying for years now. Please let him get this #GH#Sante" and the Dominic love continued as another added, "It's Dominic Zamprogna's time. I'm not sorry. That's the way it is. #GH#DaytimeEmmys"</p>
<p>One user was saddened to see nobody from the cast of Neighbours on the list adding "Don't forget #Neighbours is eligible this year AND next year for #DaytimeEmmys, as their soap finale is set to air 12/2025 on @AmazonFreevee /@PrimeVideo Only 6 months left of 6 full-length US produced/coproduced soaps."</p>
<p>One actor pointed out the lack of diversity in the nominations saying, "DaytimeEmmys Black soap actors/actresses really need to get more recognition . That's why I can't wait for next year nominations 🥹😊😏 #BeyondTheGates" While another questioned some of the choices made. "There's some VERY questionable choices in both those categories. Like.... choices. #DaytimeEmmys"</p>
<p>The Daytime Emmy's will take place on October 17, 2025.</p>
