<p>Actor Tom Hanks is celebrating his 69th birthday, and he's just fine with that number. In fact, as he gears up for his last year in his 60s, Hanks makes it clear that aging doesn't bother him.</p>
<p>Hanks told Entertainment Tonight that he honestly has no desire to be back in his 30s. The actor would much rather be the age he is today for a very good reason.</p>

<p>"The hardest for us was when you were playing 35," he spilled, "That time where your metabolism stops, gravity starts tearing you down, your bones start wearing off."</p>
<p>The Forrest Gump star added, "I think I'm in better shape now! Because my kids are grown up, I'm getting decent exercise, and I can eat right! You can't do that when you're 35. Life is such a burden!"</p>
<p>Entertainment Tonight posted the video to their official Instagram account, and fans shared their thoughts on Hanks' words about aging.</p>
