Per the BBC, the businesses listed for closure include S Phoenix Events, Fergie's Farm, La Luna Investments, Solamoon Ltd, Philanthrepreneur Ltd, and Planet Partners Productions Ltd. The report noted that the companies have little public presence. Moreover, most of them appear to have had limited activity in recent years, while several are listed as dormant.

Companies House listings for five of the six reportedly show an application to strike the company off the register. While the sixth company, S Phoenix Events, also shows an application.
The BBC speculated that Ferguson appears as the person who authenticated the filing on the company's behalf. Additionally, the outlet reported thatFergusonis still listed as an active director for three other companies, including Ginger and Moss, and Librasol.
