Ariana Grandehas returned to a familiar brunette look at the 83rdGolden Globes.
The "Wicked" star wore a dark, off-the-shoulder Vivienne Westwood floor-length gown and her iconic ponytail, which is no longer blonde like her character, Glinda.
Grande was nominated for "Best Supporting Actress" for her role as Glinda in "Wicked: For Good," but the award went toTeyana Taylorfor her role as Perfidia Beverly Hills in "One Battle After Another."
Grande first appeared as a blonde in 2022, after she was cast as Glinda in Wicked, according to People. But the pop star posted a photo toInstagramof her returning to her brunette hair for the first time in three years in October 2025, shocking fans when she parted with the Glinda-inspired hairdo.
During this year's Golden Globes, Grande wore her brunette hair in a high ponytail, similar to the look on her 2020 album "Positions" and 2019 album "Thank U, Next."
Grande's hair change also comes months before her "Eternal Sunshine" tour begins in June.
