Kris Jenner Says Her Nose Is ‘Probably the Only’ Real Thing on Her Face Following Her Facelift

Kris Jennerhas no qualms about admitting her plastic surgery.

In a new episode ofThe Kardashianson Thursday, Dec. 4, the momager, 70, is spending time in Paris with her daughterKim Kardashianwhen the pair start discussing their various cosmetic procedures.

Kris jokes that her nose is "probably the only thing on my face that's real." The reality star admitted toundergoing a facelift by Dr. Steven Levineahead of her 70th birthday.

In reply, Kim, 45, claims that her teeth are real amid thecelebrity veneer craze. "Never had a veneer, baby," she says. Kris then jokingly asks her daughter to "bend over," presumably as a nod to long-held speculation about the SKIMS founder'sbutt being fake.

Kris' refreshed appearance made headlines after she stepped out in Paris forLauren Sánchez Bezos' star-studded bachelorette partyin May. After photos of her transformation sent fans into a frenzy, PEOPLE confirmed that the star had undergone aesthetic enhancements from plastic surgeonDr. Steven Levinein New York City, as first reported byPage Six.

Kris broke her silence on the procedure in a cover interview forVogue Arabia.

"I had a facelift about 15 years ago, so it was time for a refresh," she told the outlet in an interview published on Aug. 26. "I decided to do this facelift because I want to be the best version of myself, and that makes me happy."

Kris, who celebrated her 70th birthday in November, explained her outlook on aging.

"Just because you get older, it doesn't mean you should give up on yourself," she shared. "If you feel comfortable in your skin and you want to age gracefully – meaning you don't want to do anything – then don't do anything. But for me, this is aging gracefully. It'smyversion."

The businesswoman also said that she decided to share details about her facelift "because I feel it can be very ­inspirational to people who aren't feeling so great about ­themselves."

"Even when I had my hip replacement, we filmed it. I have the conviction that sharing these things can be helpful," she toldVogue Arabia.

Kris also confirmed who was there to support her on surgery day. "Of course my daughter Kylie went with me, while Kim was present at all times on FaceTime," she revealed.

The mom of six hasopened up about plastic surgeryin the past. In 2015, she detailed her decision to undergo multiple breast augmentations, one of which was done to revise her breast implants from the 1980s, on E! Entertainment'sGood Workseries. Then, in 2018, she famouslyunderwent an earlobe reductionduring an episode ofKeeping Up with the Kardashians. One year later, she confirmed that Botox is an enhancement she'd been getting done for "a long time."
